IEF PTO is a parent–teacher organization serving the families of Al Hikmah Elementary School (Pre-K 3 through 5th grade) and Al Ghazaly Middle and High School (6th through 12th grade). We are run by parent volunteers, with teacher representatives from both schools on our board. IEF PTO is an independent nonprofit organization; it is not the school and does not set school policy.
To strengthen the partnership between families, teachers and our schools by organizing community events, supporting educators, and raising funds for projects that improve the learning environment for every student.
Parents formed the Al Hikmah PTO to give families a voice and a way to contribute to school life. In 2023–24, families from both schools voted to form a single organization, the IEF PTO, so that one parent group could serve students from Pre-K 3 through 12th grade. The organization is incorporated as a New Jersey nonprofit and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
